We found out who it was, its not Ted. Does he still have the Outerlimits?

Nortech is owned by "RT", he used to have an all red cat, he is out of Pohick Bay area, he has a large body shop in Springfield VA - nice guy

Randy, I saw ted over 4th of july and he still had the outerlimits.
