Nick, what are you looking to have done? Steve at Aqua Land, is ok for minor repairs.

Yep, I know Lee.

I've had him work on my small outboards and he knows his stuff. He does all the Hi-Po Outboard stuff in the area and is very well respected. I know a few people that only allow him to touch their boat.

I don't need any repair work. I was kind of hoping to get some hands on advice about how to get rid of the porpoise in my boat. on relatively calm water at 60mph and up, I can't do anything to get it to stop other than bury the drive and tabs, and thats just not acceptable anymore. BBlades cupped and labbed a 26 B1 twice and it didnt change much. Next option is a five blade, in the spring of course.

But I was reading another post where a guy put and extension box on and it changed his COG to the point where he extended his lifting strakes to correct his porpoise problem. Maybe thats my problem. It seems easy enough to try, I just don't like the sound of patching screw holes if it doesn't work. Maybe I need a hull guy instead of a prop guy

Murphy's fixed these for me - looked brand new after I got them back.

I am not sure though that go-fast advice is their forte, but don't take that as a fact.

I too have dealt with Lee Sanderson and Murphy's for different applications and was satisified with both. I dealt with Lee in person he was a wealth of knowledge and Murphys was ship and shipped back. both were very timely and delivered what they said they would.

Have you talked to Sydwayz? Between him and Pat, I am sure they have tried every combination on a Active Thunder. Drop him a PM, they could save you alot of trial and error, or at least point you in the right direction.

I have a Hydro 25 P5X that I might be getting rid of. Let me know in the spring if you want to try it.
