Saw a very new looking Crownline hanging on the travel lift. The outdrive was tied on to it with a rope, gimbal mount broken. Dont know for sure but I would bet Red day marker "8" has claimed another victim. Its just south of Nanjamoy Creek. If you boat on the river, do not run with in 100 yards on either side of this marker. Their are submerged rocks on both side. They are just under the water except at low tide. Private citizens tried to mark it as a hazard but authorities removed them. The DNR, Marine Police or Coast Guard will do nothing about this, until someone loses their life. Please dont let this be you!!!!

I heard someone hit i on Sunday around 1 pm. Rescue boats came out of Friendship and Goose Bay. Dont know if anyone was seriously injured though.

What color was the Crownline? MD or VA boat?

Dont know if its Md or Va, dark hull sides maybe blue or black.
