where are you non- aquapalooza'ers hanging out?

Fairview....its supposed to be very hot on Sat, only place to be is in the water up to your neck.

There will be no shortage of police @ Tim's I this weekend including (2) on jet skis. These guys are very sneaky & difficult to spot. I understand there is no "special enforcement" but if someone is showing there azzz then the law may step in. Leesylvania Park & Neabsco road going to the park will also have check points this weekend.

The law is clear in Virginia, No drinking in public, including in on or around your boat. A coozy and common sense will minimize potential problems - Bare breast are often a good diversion

Are you sure you cant drink while on your boat as long as you are not the operator?
I bare my breasts every weekend and never get harassed.

I had the the same conversation yesterday about drinking in public and what that means....... Bottom line is if you are by yourself in the middle of the river ( virginia waters) a cop can pull up to you and bust your for open container......Most likely it will be thrown out of court but if gives the cops probably cause...........and that is the real problem

FYI - All the dead snail in the water..... these are called Mystery snails and they have died as a result of low oxygen levels in the water and natural evolution. This info comes from the guys @ Fish & Game

Let me rephrase it... Sea Ray not tims wants it to be a boat only event. Either way Tim's 1 is not an ideal location for people to be in the water floating around.

I'll be around the river house & Tim's, Low tide is 1:00 high is 6:00 ish, come on by.......low has been really low so you are still welcome just roll up your Capri pants a little higher and walk in. 86% chance I will be cooking burgars about 6:00 Saturday - come through the inner marker and hang a left - water is all the same depth 3- 4'

Im hearing that Tims 2 is having something on Sat also. A couple of bands kind of a anti-aquaplooza. Anyone else heard this. I have heard it from two different people. May just be a rumor though.
