Looking for reputable marine service in the Norfolk/Va Beach area. Any recommendations is greatly appreciated. Currently interested in having my lower drives cleaned up and repainted.

Call Dandy Haven, its in Hampton I have seen first hand the quality work they do. They are also certified merc dealer.

I can't speak for their work, but there is also Blue Water Yacht in Hampton - they used to be a Fountain Dealer so I would assume they have a qualified service tech there.
