Its always a last minute date. usually first or second Sat of Oct. I just keep both days open. No real rules other than safety. class is usually Single V IO, Single V OB. Twins and Cats and so on. No power adder or NA class sepereration. The Beak might have the scoop, as always.

I wish it was a activator!!! Its a old boat no steps just a notched transom and a high X-deminsion. It ran really well with 550 hp a couple years ago. Just hope it likes the new power lol

Randy, Darth Beaker, I didn't win. Those two super charged Baja's made last minute runs. The 25 did 78 and I tied the 23 at 77 so we split 2nd and 3rd place money.

Cello....bring it on over, get a couple of the others too. Half the guys that say they are going to run, show up and just watch. That radar gun has a way of keeping them anchored.
I will caution you guys, have not heard from the guys that put this on. Its a year to year thing and Tims2 usually helps to sponsor it. Frankie and the boys do this for fun, they make nothing on it, and just like to see fast boats running hard.
Course set up, registration, keeping track of boats and speeds, and prizes are done by them. T shirts, and prize moneies, are donated by sponsers. Its alot of work for a few hours of fun.....and they dont even charge a registration fee.
Hopefully they want to take it on again this year!!

No, Its a old Excalibur, Hince the screen name excal82, It ran 78.6gps with the old TRS set up! went to a XR and raised the x-dim. up So i figure it just lost about 350-500 pounds right there. Plus its got alot more hp this year. Will see how it does on the long weekend providing the river clears up from this hurricane

Have we ever seen this boat on the water? Did you boat on the Potomac at all? The only Scarab Excal I saw was sitting at a house on Hawthorn Rd. down by Scooters Garage, but it hasnt moved in a while.

yeah i boated out of Port Tabacco all last year... And the boat has nothing to do with Scarab, Wellcraft. I'll get some pics of it in its current overhual on here, once im a paying member lol
