Well, luckily for me the noise regulations are for elk, bohemia, northeast rivers and the canal. Right where I do 99% of my boating!!! Awesome.
My question is why my boat can't be more than 88 decibels but my neighbors lawn mower can be 100 decibels???? Anyone understand that?

I don't believe my boat is over the limit mainly because the stern seats so low in the water. How about I will worry about my slightly noisy boat when thay make all the Harleys put mufflers on a load A** twin cylinder bike that are usaully grouped up and alot loader than any 90dbs.
