Kevin, I did. I chose Amoco, and i am waiting on my first card. The person who sponsored me has gotten two cards so far, cycled twice and collected $200.00. That makes his expence like this:
149 (membership) 158 + 158 (2 cards [400.0 in fuel]) and recieved back 200. total is 265 cost for 400 in fuel used over two months.
