Witnessed several boats head out in Southern Maryland yesterday packed with fishing rods.

Boats that never have and never will see a fish on board.

There's no reason for such overreaction nonsense by the so-called "free state".

I witnessed the exact same thing yesterday. Driving over the Pax river, near Prince Frederick, a significant line at the boat ramp. I also noticed an increase in the density of traffic. Especially the packs of 10-15 motorcycles out for, "essential travel". I think the Maryland DNR will need to reevaluate this blanket boating ban as the days become warmer.
