Wondering how the go fast boating is down in outer banks, not sure if it's worth dragging my 30y2k down or just drag my 20 wellcraft down to bomb around with. Thanks for any suggestions.

I assume you are talking about coming to the OBX for a weeks vacation? Not much around the beach but inland just a little ways there are quite a few performance boats. We do a little fun run in August around Elizabeth City - Coinjock area that normally has 7-10 boats. If your doing a week long vacation probably better to bring Wellcraft.

How does one get in on the fun run?

The date doesn't get set till a little later. We put in at Hertford and run to Coinjock marina and eat. We leave there and head to Elizabeth city and hang out on the beach and then head back to Hertford. Its about 120 miles round trip. When I find out the date I can post it. Like I said its nothing formal just bunch friends doing it. We have 3-4 boats that do come from the VA area.
