This past weekend was absolutely PERFECT for boating!!! The Warlock ran great, a little too windy for a full speed run, but fun none the less. Saw Allirunner, and Seadated out on Sat. So, who else made it out to play?

I was out myself.....in the yard working. Dang honey do list thing. Gotta love it.
Now Red,I 've heard of things that slow you down. but the wind??
That goes under the BIG SISSY title.
Unless the whole family was a board....which I'm sure they were you BIG SISSY.

Yeah Roger... I hear ya...
What I didn't post was that after Karen, Tony and Jessie were safely ashore, a friend and I went out for a "run". We caught a wake at about 70mph, caught the wind, and stayed in the air too long for my liking.
Talk about pucker factor...
So, how's your boat running? Oh that's right, you haven't been out yet!

Tom--Angie and I caught a good--sized roller around 50-55 or so. First time out of the water with the new rig!!! Luckily I wasn't leaning on it at the time. The RPM's flew up and I managed to get out of it in time for re-entry and the flurry of expletives from the first-mate.
Roger----Finish that to-do-list and get Ian out there! 'lil Johnnie couldn't have been happier out there last Sunday---and it wasn't anywhere near as nice then!

I knew we we're gonna launch, so I backed off the stick. I thought I was gonna need a pilot's license there for a bit!
Luckily it didn't pitch to either side, but stayed straight enough to land on the step and not stick the next wave. It was a fairly smooth landing all in all. But talk about hangtime!

2nd with a rookie throttleman, not too shabby man! "Full Yellow Jacket " huh? Wonder how you came up with that name?
The prop seems to be doing great, I didn't get to run it WOT because of the wind Sat. and launching her off that wake kinda made me a little nervous about stretching her legs just yet. Not a normal wake jump when you expect her to fall and she catches the wind and stays up there for a bit...
Softer than expected landing tho. I had her running 70 and climbing when we hit at 4900 rpm, had a friend checking as I drove.
Just scanned previous post to see where I missed you naming the boat and sponsor, couldn't find it but came accross this link on when Speed Channel is gonna broadcast the race, for those interested.
