Hi guys im new at this forum, i am from El Salvador in Central America. Im looking to buy a center console in the US and ship it to my country. I will use the boat to fish offshore as well as to cruise with family and friends. Ive come across this older midnight center console with new 2010 four stroke 300 mercury engines. What are your opinions on this boat. Acording to the owner this is a 1978 Custom midnight center console.

Great Hull but the age of boat would require close inspection to transom stringers and fuel tank condition.Looks like a great set up midnights from Byng Goode were proven tough hulls little heavy but a nice ride on a rough day.

Like the previous post suggested. I'd be very cautious. These boats have an awesome ride in the rough but the stringers and transom are wood and I bet that bracket has been replaced at least twice since original so no telling how many holes have been in that transom. Look south for a used Eduardono built in Colombia. Good luck.
