Is the permit good? Will it be allowed to be renewed?

Jason i just bought the permit and dock so i am building a new dock. The permit will go to the new dock. So there is no permit with the old dock.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won;t the dock have to be taken off the lake with no permit & no new permits being issued currently?

You can move the old dock to any dock that already has a permit. But you are right no new permits are being issued .You can purchase and old dock with a permit and move it to your location if you have boat dock zoning. The permit is dock specific not location specific. It's real hard and very expensive to find the permit and dock.
So i am having a new dock built on my site.
