I wouldn't pay someone to drive from Springfield. There are a million attorneys up there. You don't even need a good one. The first offense is a gimmee. They just want there $600.

I know there is a guy in Lake Ozark town, but can't think of his name. The biotch of it is you have to drive back up there.

You do HAVE to drive back up there?:throw:

I would think a BWI would require you to be there. Im pretty sure a BWI is just as bad as a DUI.

Barbara VanTine. She is located near the dam. If she cannot take the case her office can give you a good referral.

Ditto - call Barb. And as far as being as bad as DUI - not even close. The only thing that use to need an appearance is your check. Everything else on a first offense was a rubber stamp.

From what I have heard from somebody here in Ohio that got one
He got a attorney and it ended up just costing him money no points or anything on his license.
On the fact that A boat does not require a license to drive.

Some states have reciprocating laws for boats and cars, some don't. Unless something has changed in the last 7 years, Missouri did not have that law. So if you got a BUI in Missouri it stayed in Missouri. In fact it did not even show up on your Missouri driving record, although we know everything is discoverable if you screw up enough times.

If you paid your fine and stayed clean for 2 years of boating, everything was supposed to be expunged from records.
