I sure hope so.....it really is a sweet spot. I know we've enjoyed ours immensely this past summer. Right inbetween K-City and Indian point by water. One cove past Cow Creek. The best part, if you ask me, is the easy drive there. 65 south past Branson to 86 for a couple miles to JJ. It takes me 50 minutes not matter what or when to get there from my house in SGF.

I would be interested but just bought 3 acres off Joe Bald, but looking for a builder. Any ideas? Looking at log as well.

Ideas for builders? I can put you in contact with somebody if you like. PM me and let me know some details of what you are wanting. Do you have a newly restored baja?

Yes, I have been working on an older 280 Baja. Have you seen it?

We might have a mutual friend. Matt M. has a 32 caliber with a couple pastel stripes on the side.
