The old carousel building in Eldon is for sale and its cheap! If Im not mistaken theres over 15000 sq ft. under roof w a couple of out buildings (possibilities are endlees )with a price under 250 000

He might run into zoning issues if he is going to paint....he will need a paint booth etc. that is approved of by the authorities too. We ran into something like that with a property here in springfield that was being used for paintless dent repair that we wished to expand into full service body shop.
