I just spoke with Water Patrol. They said no noise restrictions on competing boats going to and from the course 24 hours before and after the races (I didn't write this). That basically means no tours south of Tan-Tar-A.

They used to post them on a separate site from the Shootout site but I have not seen one since '05.

The only place I saw a complete list of official results from last year was in one of the local advertising publications (Boats) that you can pick up in most of the bars/restaurants at LOTO.
