Yea I dont doubt that Lake Michigan gets REALLY rough. But for the most part, all the waves are going the same way and are predictable. LOTO is so narrow that you have waves bouncing back and forth making it very unpredictable. There are TONS of large cruisers on LOTO and their waves criss cross across the lake and cause the boat to bounce in any direction potentially causing damage or injury. Thats why in 2006 LOTO was named the 3rd most dangerous waterway in the US according to the US Coast Guard data.
I'm sure your boats are fast, I'm sure White Lightning is fast (and I think its a gorgeous boat).
But look, this thread just turned into more internet fun...whose waves are bigger. I love it. Lol.

I wish I would been able to see how the AT ran in the washing machine after the Shootout - it just wasn't in the cards. I will be back next year letting her fly though!

The funny thing he has a set setting in his closet....If it it is not about loading a@@ on the boat and keeping that bad bit## running it becomes a winter project. one of the funnest weekends ever.
