I ran Friday PM and Saturday AM; short rides without incident but kept it relatively slow for the most part, you really have to pick your spots to run...there was trash everywhere I went. I would not go out in the traffic becuase I didn't want to be in a situation where I couldn't make an evasive manuever.
I'm really amazed at the amount of crap and the general disregard for those that have property and don't clean up the shoreline. I've amassed enough wood in the last couple of weeks to have a sizeable bonfire.

We try with the Amren UE / Realtor shoreline clean up we pulled over 22 tons of foam and debris from the lake this year and we always pull junk from the lake at our property but with the rain we have had over the last few weeks the wash in just from the shoreline not Truman has added all this mess. I do agree if everone would pitch in it would help keep our lake clean.

I just idled around over the holiday weekend - way too much crap floating. It cleared up Tuesday, weird after around 5 inches of rain Monday. Main channel stayed clean all week until Saturday, when it looked like crap again.

LMAO, wonder if Jim is lurking under another screen name these days. We will have to sic Jassman on it, he was always good at finding his new alias.
