The Duck at the 3 or so mm by water. Lots of fine dining by land. Bentley's, JB Hooks and The Blue Heron to name a few. I have only been to JB Hooks, but have heard lots of good about the others.

We've been to all of the above....more than once.....I like to eat.

HK's is better than good, it's great! The Duck is also an outstanding restaurant and they have a pretty extensive wine list. It's also right on the water so you can go by boat if you like. Great Sunday brunch too.....best $9 biscuits and gravy EVER!. Can't go wrong with either place. Blue Heron is in the same class/price range and also has an extensive wine list, but it's an old smelly building and the service has been iffy the times we've been there. Their fried lobster is pretty interesting though and the lobster bisque is some of the best I've ever had.

JB Hooks, Bentley's and Baxter's would be the next tier down but also good. Out of those three we prefer Baxter's. Their Baxter's sirloin is the best $20 steak at the lake IMO.

Baxter's x 2 or JB Hooks. They are within a block of each other.
