Duh?
Details:
1. gas spilled or leaked into the boat during fueling
2. gas evaporated into explosive mixture
3. Blower not used, hatch not opened
4. Ignition of gasoline vapor from electrical source or backfire during the attempt to start engine
5. BOOM!!
