Default Anyone know a hotel on loto that rents short term

So next year we are considering renting a condo for the summer months at loto. We boat all over here in st.louis, so its gunna be hard to just leave the boat at the lake the whole time. But anyway, does anyone know if there is any resorts that rent like a room for a short term. I know if you check on craigslist, people rent their condos short term, but they want like 800-900 bucks a month, and that kinda steep. Just wondering if anyone knew of any place that rents for a reasonable price. Oh, and a dock is a plus..

Good luck. A weekend in a decent condo is about $350 for fri-sun, so $800 for 30 days isnt bad.

1BR condos rent for about $100 a night/$500week + slip
2BR condos rent for about $140-200 a night/$600-1000week + slip.

You would be very lucky to find a 1BR lakefront condo with a slip for less than $1500 a month during the Summer months in a decent location.

Better off to just rent weekends as needed for a month and store the boat on land at LOTO when you're not there. You wouldn't want it to stay in the water for a month anyway.

Even the cheapest motels are $40 a night and not on the water...good luck finding something for that price in a good location.

You could possibly find a 6 month lease at Heron Bay (the 20 MM), but you would need the stars to align to find a slip and lift that would fit your needs.

I think Griff and Omerta One may be right...

Just for an idea my rental unit at HB rented 28nights during July of this year so I don't know why anyone would do bargain basement rentals during the summer months. Now, if you want it from Nov-April I would be more than happy to hook ya up.
