Just got room and slip reserved at The Isle of Capri for Friday and Sat night 15/16 for the run. They are hard to get ahold of for the slip but made it pretty easy. I am very excited and can't wait.
A note for out of towners with bigger boats you may wish to call and get slip reserved because as of right now they still have some of the bigger slips still available. 800 724 5825

It was smaller last year.... Lets make it BIG!
There are so many of you guys i would love to meet. I have met MILD THUNDER and i know we would have a good time boatin. And hopefully he can make it down. Lets make it a party and we can cram in for some booze cruises in the local boats for a informational run in the river so no one tears up a drive on a wing-dam before we run in the poker runs. I know mreedy is available and so am i. glenn and his hustler 388 can be too. also with just following on the days before will be an easy example of where to be and not to be on the river. its really simple to understand when u get it though.

I'll try to get all info on rooms & slips up on Friday. I've been scrambling around working on some new employment options and havent kept up my talks with The Isle hotel.

I'm with ya here bud. The problem here is my friend that there is planning and I'm dumb. But i DO really want some hardcore boats and beer drinkin to go on here. Not only that i want to see people that i have only talked to on OSO and never met. I also really apprecieate how Mreedy has stepped up. Might just have to make it an Iowa party..... No planning and stay in the canal!

I am getting really tired of dealing with the people at the isle casino hotel. talked to guy again today and said I would get everything emailed to me today. NOPE!
Biggest issue the Isle is the BEST solution for the bigger boats with the best docks on river and more than enough parking for the rigs.
I am going to keep on it. the room blocks are already set aside for all incoming boaters, slips also set aside for incomers, I'm not really sure why they have not sent me the contract for info on entire package?
