I really like to stay in the newer condos at LOTO that are fully sprinklered. you never know what your neighbors are doing. That is in no way meant to assign blame, but when you look at the number of propane grills on the decks of all the condos down there, sooner or later something will happen.

Lawn sprinklers save your grass, fire sprinklers save your ass!!!
