Default Quad OB American Offshore on Table Rock

Anybody know the boat? I see it every holiday weekend, fogging for mosquitoes but have never seen it really up close...due to the smoke.
Anyway, kidding aside, does anyone know the boat and it's story?

The boat is owned by a Bruce Tangora. He owns Tangora's Marine in Nixa. It's an older boat, but he has parts on the motors. It runs well into the 100s.

It's a neat boat. Just wondered about it. We laugh at all the smoke it pours when it 1st starts up. Not because of the boat, but because of how everyone else at the ramp reacts like the boat is on fire or something.
