Correct....VIP just installed a very nice new outdoor pool. They also have an indoor one as well as a nice hot tub. The condos/property is heavily treed and very well kept. The newer units are closer to the water...not sure how they rent them out though?

They have typically done this the weekend before the 4th. Guess since the 4th is in the middle of the week it was done earlier. They pulled me over last year for a check. They pretty much checked for everything. The WP said it was for practice before the big weekend.

That is BS! I wonder why the same probable cause laws don't apply to the water patrol especially now that they are State Police?

I wasn't stopped this time but I did go through there as they were getting ready. Seems we are guilty until we can prove our innocence.

I will be down there this weekend. A few places to go are:
1. Cow Creek (Near Point 5)
2. Combs Ferry (Near Indian Point)
3. Powerline or Chateau Cove (Near the Dam)
4. "The Rocks" Near 86 Bridge. This is mainly somewhere to take your teenage kids to jump off of.

What are you bringing down? Where are you staying?
