Default Lake Cumberland vs Bull Shoals???

I have been on Bull Shoals a lot...very little boat traffic and easy to just cruise around...looking at all the pics of Cumberland...and they have a Checkmate rally there this year and was thinking of trying to go... Any input into the difference would be appreciated. 25 ft Checkmate...Not fond of the LOTO water (big washing machine IMHO) and I don't like driving in 2-3 ft waves all day...how is the boat traffic?
Thanks

Have not been to Bull Shoals.Cumberland would be find for a 25 anytime of year but the fall poker run is the worst water. Cumberland is a big lake with a lot of long and deep coves. pm me if you decide to come down.

I have no problems running around in my 22 during the poker runs at cumberland. Youll be fine with your boat there.
