I have a 1999 35 with 500efi boxes xrs and turning brovo
34s with 1.36 ratio what rpm should be expectied from this set up? 5000 rpms is hard to do with 1/2 tank of fuel and 2 people.

sounds like you need 32's and not 34's - not sure of the rev limiter on the HP500, but I got to believe its either 5250 or 5200. I would look for a set of 32's...

What type of speeds are you seeing with this setup? Why don't you go with 5 blade Hering's. My friend has the same setup.
