Aqua Banshee, You might price a new classic out of kevlar and epoxy. The classic is the original design.

BTW I have a dual tandem bumper pull that came with our 35.
$4,500 , 8 near new radials,16", needs paint, brakes and rewire.$ 25-30,000 race trailer.

We designed and built a patentable dual tandem gooseneck to replace that trailer. The new trailer is basiclly the same profile, except it is a gooseneck. Both have full length and width drive protectors, made out 1/4" steel diamond plate and etc.

I have the exact same problem - scared the living crap out of me the first time it happened! 2.5 years later and she still does it - changed props, changed rotation (in vs out) nothing really seemed to matter - just on eof the quirks of the boat - no big deal.

I usually do one of two things to try and lessen it: (i) trim up to just below neutral once the boat initially comes over; looks for someone's wake... either way, I have not found one "aboslute" fix for this.

I don't know anything about the 30. However, I do know a little about transom flex...If the transom flexs it changes toe in/out and would cause the props to bite and release, bite and release, effectively like the transom were spring loaded. At speed , flex would be less obvious, except for keeping the boat from running as well as it could. That is not to say the transom would break, just relocates the motors out of alignment. If that were happening, the fix shouldn't be to complicated.

The first time I put the boat on plane it did it to me...scared the **** out of me! I does it still about 75% of the time. The first couple of times I would let off the throttle, that only made it worse. The boat would actually drive in a circle. I am used to it now and tell me passengers that it may or may not happen....once the boat pops up you can see the relief in their face

My 30' motion drags a sponson with 4 blade props almost every time. With 3 blade props not very much. I do not find it to be much of a problem. If I get on plane easy it is more likely to drag one sponson. That said the 4 blades worked by BBlades run as fast as merc lab 3 blades and I believe they will be much easier on the lowers
