MTI or SL44

I have been looking for an MTI 40 and SL 44. I checked out the SL 44 (the Red One) up in Michigan and it was rough or like neglected! it’s a beautiful boat 50 feet away. I think the broker was down in Florida!! Let me know what you found in your searches?
