I was lucky enough to be in a helo to shoot this run. :cool: The wind had been whipping through the Gulf for days and the water in Tampa Bay proved it. It looked like 4-6's from the air, but I'll bet that nasty stuff felt bigger in a boat. :eek: These first two shots sum up the day. Second pic is Mercedes-Benz, Aqua Mania and Pure Platinum all coming to the same conclusion at the same time: F@#K THIS!!! :drink: You can see how far into the gulf it took them to reach the U-turn conclusion. My pilot was fighting the wind all day- trying to hold position and could not turn into the wind- we had to go the long way around every time, and couldn't go too low for obvious reasons.
