Yep, they call it "the houseboat capital of the world" - lots of houseboat manufacturers in those parts. We were down there several years ago on an evening ice run at Jamestown Marina across the cove from State Dock. There is / was a huge triple deck houseboat sitting in the main marina with gold leaf lettering that says "Never Say Never Again". Local legend was that the owner won TWO lotteries, hence the name. They had a big party going on the boat, and I noticed one of the guys standing inside the boat with a billiard cue in his hand. They had a damned pool table on the boat!

There's another houseboat that is seen on the lake with a matching helicopter that comes down and lands on the boat. Lots of money floating around on that lake!

Wish I was coming down, but motor is dead in the boat and AC is out in the house.
