It looks like noise, but that's moisture in the air as we ran through a fog bank on the way to lunch.

I did pick up a Nikon D7000 to replace the old D200 so that has helped pass some of the, waiting for summer, time.

Any idea which boat went out Big Pass alone @ 1:20? I didn't see any boasts before it or after it.

I was on Siesta Beach, and it was too far out for me to ID, but I had no problem HEARING it. In fact, on a nice calm day, it could be heard all the way south to Venice, which is at least 10 miles.

This one was a pleasant surprise... shot through the roost while we were in the fog bank.
I thought it had potential, but at first it was disappointing- just mostly white and kinda boring...

not much improvement when I ran a few filters on it, and then... plastic wrap got kinda special. :evilb:
