Pretty sure he's referring to the flanges on the tails. I have a longer set of KE tails and they are beautiful.

The SS Flanges work perfect. No problems with the flanges. Customer bought two flanges, just flanges, was not happy that the flanges were not highly polished.

how many HP are they good for?

There are guys out there running 900Hp with our headers.

dumb question but wanted to ask, will these work on a 496HO, any advantages over the dana marine exhaust, boating in salt water, the danas do not hold up real well. any chance someone could post a picture if they have these on a mag HO.

Also these will work on the 600's and 700's?

Don't know about the 496's, but to make them work on a Merc racing 600 or 700 SCi's, you will need to need to redrill the exhaust manifolds mounting holes in those motors heads. I believe Diamond Marine is working a on drilling jig for these headers.

These are 2" ID x 34" length primaries. If I remember correct.

Perfect for most performance built 454- especially 502 - 540 marine engines. Most every NA 502-540 marine engines I've seen with these are over achievers.
