Thanks John, They are going out Monday to see what she does, hopefully it will hit 80+ right out of the box. ....This is what was done differently vs the first 485hp diesel 4300. Lighter layup, 6" exhaust vs 5", slightly larger vent tubes, 18 degree rake Herings for slightly more bow lift, removed the notch in the transom to move motors as far back as possible and raised the x-dimension 1/4"....I told Terry to use it for the week-weekend and put as many test hours on her as possible. Then Pat will come pick it up to touch up a few spots. Then he will drop it back off. I guess we will take it from there.
