Default Powerboat Magazine Award

Nor-Tech has received an Award for Product Excellence. 3900 Super Vee, Powered by twin Yanmar 480's

Powerboat Magazine made the formal presentation at their annual awards banquet in Los Angeles over the weekend. However we received a special visit today on May 8th. Bob Teague, Victoria Newton and Kevin Cooper stopped by to make a special presentation to the staff and crew.

The award is for "Outstanding Offshore V-Bottom Workmanship". As Bob said this is a category that's dear to him. He stated that it's hard to make a diesel package look good but our workmanship on the 39 V was truly the finest of any of the boats at this year's test. From the rigging to wiring, upholstery, paint and so on, it was superb. He pointed out though that to qualify for any award the boat also has to have outstanding performance. The 39 delivered on all points.

Thank you to Powerboat Magazine.

That's one hell of an award..and Well Deserved....Kudo's to the entire Nor-Tech staff....The majority of your repeat buyers, are allready aware of this. This is why we keep coming back to the best built boat manufacture in the industry. The amazing thing is..Nor-Tech..as a company strides on quality material's, workmanship, customer satisfaction,..all at a fair price 1-300k below it's only 4 other competitors.

Terry, congratulations on the award. That is a great boat/ package. I think it runs 82 mph with the diesels/ ASD's. That was one of my favorite boats at the Miami show.
