I have always prefered more glass under my azz...3 43's to date and possibly a 4th in the future...

aren't you suppose to be on a diesel thread

Well he said their sponsons are too thick for for a fishboat. They would have to completely redesign the bottom. I bet Michael Peters could draw something on the back of a napkin.

That and how to build boats or anything about composites plus technical in general.

I've raced these new style built cats and gotta say light is right in hard chop ..on a long wave I'd prefer a heavy boat. Problem is we have only hard chop overhere which breaks heavy boats but are easier on your body...so the choice is up to anyone

And with the rate I'm breaking my bones I'm might change my thinking too...waiting for an elbow surgery as we speak.

The 43 cat that Tres worked had a major hop to it, after getting it back it no longer hops and has a smooth ride. I personally seen it and it really rides nice now.
