I found a old performance boat mag from 2010 and i saw a article i didnt see before but it was about a 4 engine 50 nor tech and the owner was backing the boat into the water and it slide of the trailer and ripped all the drives off and then the owner forgot to put the drain plug in!!! so it sunk. Does any one know more about it or what happen to the boat??

I saw an article on a 50 cat owned by an African prince that sank but I don't remember the details and I don't have the issue now. I think it was Extreme Boats Magazine.

Other than your description is totally wrong nobody knows for sure how they managed to sink it.
We rebuilt the boat and shipped it to the owner in Africa over a year ago.

Its actually performance boats magazine may 2010 issue. It has Al copelands phenomenom on the cover. I was bored and dove into some old issues and that was the first one i read.

Coincidently, my son told me about this today and showed me the story (& pics) on The Hull Truth. Sunk in Hawaii.
