Info on 38 Nor-Tech

Does anyone know any history on the 38 at Pier 57. Is it a salt water boat, speed of the boat, ever been damaged, any info at all would help.

Carguy was the previous owner. Boat was on Lake George in upstate Ny the last couple of years. Clean boat. Shoot him a pm for more info.
