I need to move forward on a 3600 Supercat project but I need info from Nor-tech to proceed. I have left messages over the last 2 weeks. I did get to talk to Roy 2 days ago and have been waiting to hear from Brandon (customer service) since. I understand that the guy's that are busy are hard to get a hold of...I am guilty of this at times but I am owner/operator/customer service and fire put-er-outer.
Here is the problem, I went down to Miami a few weeks ago to purchased a 3600 with a customer with the intentions of re-rigging the boat with the power and drives from his other boat. The boat he purchased had 525 EFI's with IMCO boxes, XR drives and sportmaster -2 lowers. We are upgrading to custom 800HP naturally aspirated engines and IMCO SCX's. When we removed the 525/XR package we found that the transom had 2 sets of holes for the drive location that appears to have been done at the factory. What we need is the the best prop shaft location for the hardware we are installing.
