Nice! I'm curious how much different was your 40 Roadster over your 36 Super cat and is the MTI a lot different then both of them?

The 36 and the 40 have the same bottom. 40 is much roomer with the 4 seats in the rear, and the large layout pad on the back. Loved both boats, the 40 just feels little more updated. Don't know much about the MTI yet, other then in my opinion its the Bently of Big cats. I am taking delivery of the MTI at the MIAMI poker run. So should get a good feel for the difference in about 3 weeks.

MTI ran perfect. The new Merc 1100's have some serious kick! Even in the 5 footers we had the first day the boat is well mannered. My Nor-Tech said 169 on the tattle tale when I bought it, I only ran it up to 156 with plenty more to go.

bbaur,
Which MTI was yours at the PR? How was the new rig in the rough? Even the larger boats were working in those conditions, there were plenty of salty faces at Gilberts!

Mine is the red and white with 44 MTI named Panty Dropper. We defiantly had salt spray all over us by time we got to Gilberts. But had a lot of fun getting there.
