If it's one of the ones built by Ron Potter when he was working for Nor-Tech, its a great engine.
That said, he hasn't worked for Nor-Tech for a number of years now (they pretty much stopped building in house motors and he went out on his own) so they probably will need to be freshened up if they are still original.
