Drive Spacer with Stock Power?
Anyone installed with a stock 496 or 502? Is it worth it? If I could pick up 5-10 mph in the mid-range like Raytart I'd be all over that.
Who's got the best prices on spacers?

Re: Drive Spacer with Stock Power?
Yes it will help the midrange several MPH, but more importantly it will carry a load much better. We picked up 2 MPH top end on a stock 496 HO. We ran the boat, installed the spacer and went right back to the same location within a couple of hours so those results are pretty solid.
I have a 1" spacer in stock that I'll sell for $350 plus shipping. We installed it on a boat(not a Nordic) for a test and pulled it right back off(it didn't help). It is absolutely new, but it would not be ethical to sell it as new since it was actually installed on a drive.
