Default The Nordic Navy Continues to Grow!

Like to welcome a new Nordic owner!
My buddy DesertMirage (Jon) has just become DesertRage!
He picked up this low hour 496Mag Rage for a song so now the new motor built for the 232 Mirage will now be going into this Rage

Should be a very sweet ride with 650+hp
He will also be transferring the new Dana tabs and full hydraulic steering to the Rage as well.
2 footitis hits quickly when you hang around a bunch of Nordics

Welcome Jon!

Dave

Welcome also, Dont those boats run 70 with a 496HO? 650HP will be a lot to hold on to. Should be fast.

Welcome aboard Jon,
Nice move to the Rage. That red motor is going to look great sitting in the engine well of your boat with the red flames . 650HP in a Rage should rock!
Congrats,
Steve

Wow, Thanks for the warm welcome! Proud to be… DesertRage

It's good to be off the porch and running aside the top dogs! I’m fairly new to the addiction, but it didn’t take long to develop a strong lust for the Nordic lines.

I’ll make the Nordic boyz proud!!!

Welcome Jon. I can not wait to see that red motor in that red and white Rage and hear the numbers you can run with it. Beautiful.

We’ve got one helluva fleet! Those are some beautiful Avatars!!!

Thanks for all the compliments. I am anxious for the power swap this fall. Next spring it should be a new animal.

Dave is “DA MAN” behind the scenes. He specked the parts and meticulously put it all together. I was lucky to be a part of the build. To say I learned a little about performance marine last winter would be a gross understatement. I think I got a bachelors out of it.
I’ll take credit for the paint work. The fun engine project just took on a whole new face with the addition of the Rage. It's going to be fun.

Does anyone have any "must do" suggestions for the Rage boats, or Nordic's in general. Any upgrades other than the obvious (power, drive, steering, or tab) changes?

Thanks
