Looking for a owner financed deal on a Nordic
I am Looking for a clean Nordic 90K or less. I have 10K to put down and $800 a month to pay back. This deal would be kind of like a land contract with a 2 year or less pay back while you hold the title or have a lien on it. I have a great job makeing ove 100K a year. varrified income and Bank statements. My problem was a Divorce 2 years ago that fowled up my Credit a bit. I have about a 660 credit rating. If anyone knows a source or has any ideas I am open to listen. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
