I did get to run several props with the help of Herring and feel like we made some progress. I'll be back down to Havasu mid Feb. and with a couple new props Herring is working for me so I should be pretty dialed (I hope) at that point.
I will say after running the boat a couple weeks ago and looking at all the numbers, the bottom line, we all came to the conclusion that the labbed 26 I have is just not a good prop, period.

Hay have you tryed a 26 p6x??? Thats what I have on my boat and you could use it for a try if you want??? I would like to try your 26 labed just to see what it will do on my boat. give me a call when you get a chance. Your boat might like the prop but then again your still having trouble finding that magic prop!!! Once you find it you will fall in love with you boat all over again. give me a buzz.
