Here is a crappy picture of the motor in the boat from my camera phone at night in the shop behind my house.

John,
Are your original tails going to fit? The block adds .280 in height and also the Dart heads have the exhaust ports raised ~1/2" and are set out slight wider. Your holes are probably going to end up about 3/4 higher and .375 wider each way.
Just a heads up

Looks exciting!
Dave

When I put the Dart heads on my 500 EFI's 2 years ago the tails on the Flame fit fine. The head moved them up & over. All I had to do was spin the tails & the lined up, not perfect, just slightly off. I did not have the tall block extra height to deal with. That may have made them not work. You can get some play with the hose also.

Well the boat is in the shop getting the new tailpies made out of my old ones. I am also having a water pressure gauge fuel pressure gauge and oil temp gauge installed. I have no time so I am leaving it at a very very good shop to finish up the loose ends. I am also going to be testing a few modifications on the boat itself after we get it running. I cant wait to test her out. I will post pics as soon as there is some progress.
