Default Lake Cumberland level

The Louisville, KY Corp of Eng. office announced today that they were ahead (seems like they have been working on it forever) of schedule on Wolf creek dam repairs, scheduled to be completed in December 2013.
They are raising the lake from it's current elevation about 20' to 700/705' el. this summer. Welcome news to area boaters, particilarly those of us who remember 76 Falls back when it was party cove .
Hopefully we'll see some of you LC guys and gals there next summer. We are definitely running the Thunder Run again, which just concidentally happens to be run from Grider Hill Marina, in the same creek arm as 76 Falls.
See you at the Falls (I hope)!
Steve
