Im going to add some pin cleats for bumpers soon. Boat belonged to a friend and every time he tied up with us, his bumpers were in the wrong spots lol.
Considering a stow away ladder just haven't decieded if Ill need it or not. Going to see how the summer goes.

I am replacing the back cleats with some pop up cleats that will be easier to tie off to as well. I got the old ones removed last night and that was not an easy task. Will post some pics when I get done. The previous owner already added two sets of pop up cleats on the side so that already helps me out alot.

When I had my Flame I built a ladder/step that I made of flat stainless. It hinged on the trim ram pin. Flip it down and it provided steps to walk right up the drive. Flip it up and it latches to the top of the drive completely out of the water. It worked great. I was thinking about marketing it but never got around to it. Pretty easy to make.

Took it out once so far and the wife hated the cleats. ordered some mushroom cleats, gonna try and get en installed next weekend. A local guy just traded his 28 heat for a 35 beak and gave me his wind flaps. Super thanks for those. Gonna see if the new bumper locations work out, if not may have to put her up for sale and go back to a cat.

Thanks for the boat wayne. Just installed the 4 step boarding ladder this weekend. Under the swim step. I had to shim it down 2 inches to clear the lip on the pad but works great. Also the mushroom cleats work great.

Saw one Flame out here with the flip up extendable ladder that mounted on top of the swim platform. Sucks when it's up, but looked nice when its in the water. I believe they had a kill switch for it too so that if the ladder was down you couldn't wipe it out with the props.
