So I wound up buying "boatingbent" old Heat with the 525. I would post pics but I can't figure out how to from my phone? Anyways I have searched and can't find out how big the gas tanks are?

Welcome to the club! Easiest way to post in the forums is through something like Photobucket. If you me to put them up, just let me know. Seems to happen a lot around here lol.
Fuel, depending on the year, saddle tanks are 42 gallons a piece if I remember correctly. belly tank is 86 gallons according to the Nordic website.

Thank you! I wondered because both tanks were reading half full and when filling up yesterday it took 33 gals in one side and 31 gals in the other. Now I'm on the hunt for a 28 Bravo prop. The boat came with a 1.5 XR, 1" spacer and a 25 P5X. However, there was a ton of prop slip with the P5X and cruised 3400 at 32-35 mph. Today I hung a 26 Bravo on and the boat handles, planes and runs much better. Cruise speed was 45 at 3400 and had a ton of acceleration to 75 but ran out of RPMs. This was all done with both tanks full and 2 people.
